About the Role

You’ll also contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business development team, offering your insights and contributing to team meetings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a proven track record in business development, ideally within a similar industry. We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels. You should be a confident presenter, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a must, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also key to success. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
